| I am working as a coach since 1990, doing coaching-work not only with companies, managers and teams but also in the private area with people who want to achieve professional goals, who wish a new orientation for professional career and/ or who would like to consciously design the next phase in life. I personally enjoy my work as a coach very much because coaching continuously opens new possibilities and supports steps into unknown areas. |

| In 1999 I started to
paint by way of compensation for my professional work. First I learned as autodidact, then later I studied at different drawing- and painting-schools. Today I am active student at the art-academy of Bad Reichenhall, Bavaria. Again and again I draw a parallel from the process of painting to the coaching-process. So in the beginning of a coaching the focus is on developing a vision and goals, then to use one´s own resources and ideas for implementation and at the same time to entrust oneself to the dynamic and flow of the happenings of life. I see the task of a coach to develop a space and a form for the manifestation of the inner talents, abilities and power of the individual. The more the outer form – work and way of life – is in balance with the inner forces and strengths the more I find the human being happy and “in flow”. When I start a painting I am also guided by my vision of the finished picture, by my idea of what the picture is supposed to express. In order to realise this imagination I choose colours, form and material. At a certain point the process of painting gains its own dynamic. I am challenged to let go, to entrust myself to the flow of creation and unfolding. In the end I often look at the “completed” picture in amazement and wonder. In this process of painting my inner spaces, perceptions and forces become alive in the play of form and colour. The picture becomes the reflection and manifestation of my inner realms. The vastness, depth and silence of the captured nature or landscape is the expression of my inner vastness, depth and silence. |
